EDUCATION
We work to sponsor classes, seminars, tours, and other events for the educational benefit of members and the public. Follow our calendar of events for details.
RESEARCH ASSISTANCE
We offer basic research assistance in-person on Thursday mornings at the library. For more advanced searching options, please contact our office to consider options.
PUBLICATIONS
We publish The Blount Journal each year, in both spring and fall. Membership includes a copy of both publications.
A COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS
We are a society of individuals interested in family and community history. Join us as a member or volunteer ... we are always looking for both!

WWI PROJECT
You may want to learn more about two projects we are embarked on that are related to WWI veterans from Blount County. These include the WWI image ID project and the WWI registry.
